Rebekah Sotzing

Director of Customer Experience

Rebekah brings over 18 years of experience in sales, account management, and carrier sales, on both the asset and brokerage sides of the business. This has allowed her to bring a different perspective to RDS and implement impactful change at a pivotal time in the organization’s growth.

During her time in the industry, she started and ran her own brokerage business. Implemented technology to support operations and impact bottom line growth. And at the forefront, stayed close to her customers and maintained those relationships that she values to this day.

As Director of Customer Experience, she oversees the account management team ensuring we bring the highest level of customer service in the industry.

Growing up as an athlete instilled a competitive drive in her and a passion for excellence. She is excited to bring both to her leadership role at RDS.
