Jacqueline Mendoza brings over 20 years of transportation and logistics leadership to RDS. As General Manager of Asset Operations, she oversees fleet performance, safety, and daily execution across Southern California. Her experience spans intermodal, over-the-road, cross-dock, and last-mile operations, giving her a deep understanding of end-to-end transportation.

Jacqueline has led high-volume terminals, directed dispatch and driver operations, and implemented process improvements that increased efficiency and reduced costs. Known for her hands-on leadership and operational insight, she excels at turning challenges into streamlined solutions and building strong, results-driven teams.

She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about advancing operational excellence in the logistics industry.
